Shipping & Returns

We have several fulfillment centers that store and ship our products. If you order more than one item, each may be shipped from a separate location, and therefore, may arrive at different times. Your original estimated shipping amount does not change if more than one shipment location is used. Shipping timeframes depend on the type of item you buy, the time it leaves the warehouse and the shipping option you choose. Shipments are usually delivered in 1-4 business days. We use FedEx only to ship out items. All shipments are automatically insured.

We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the 48 states, District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses.

How can I cancel an order that has not already shipped?
Please immediately contact us to inform us that you would like your order canceled and we will confirm your refund via email.

How do I return an order that I have already received or is defective?
You have 30 days to return your item. Orders returned after 7 days will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Customers pay shipping back to our returns department. Please contact us for RMA information. Items recieved on a pallet with freight delivery are subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

How do I report damaged or missing items in my order?
